I've been selected as a Cache Crate Trackable Cachekinz giveaway winner - now what?

First of all, congratulations - we're so excited for you! 

Our team has been busy printing, stuffing and mailing the thousands of trackable Cachekinz to all of the lucky winners. Please note that we are a small team, including local volunteers, working as fast as possible to get these out to you as quickly as possible.

How is my trackable Cachekinz shipped?

The Cachekinz are mailed in a standard #10 white envelope in the regular USPS mail! Be on the lookout for an envelope with the Cache Crate logo and the return address:

When should I expect my trackable Cachekinz to arrive?

We plan to finish the mailings by the end of November. Depending on your address it may take a few days to a week or so to arrive. This is a busy time of year for the postal service so some mail may be slightly delayed.

What do I do if I still don't have it by mid December 2022?

Please submit a ticket and be sure to include your name and mailing address that you gave to Geocaching HQ so our team can best serve you.

What do I do when the trackable arrives:

• Open the package and do your happy dance!  
• Activate the trackable online and create a fun mission*.
• Take a picture with the trackable and share your adventures using #CacheCrate and by tagging @Cache_Advance on Instagram.
• Drop your trackable into a geocache so that it can travel to other geocaches on the global geocaching gameboard.
